WLS is dedicated to helping both individuals and organizations develop strategies to be successful.SOLUTIONS LIE WITHIN! Solutions to most problems lie within either the individual or the organization itself. Sometimes those entities need a little help in finding solutions and refining them into something practical and useable.
The core of WLS service is anchored by two powerful strategies;Choice Theory/Reality Therapy and Guided Dialogue.Choice Theory/Reality Therapy, based on the work of Dr. William Glasser MD, is both a philosophy and a strategy aimed at building personal responsibility and stronger interpersonal relationships.Guided Dialogue, based on the work of Dr. Alexander Christakis PhD, focuses on the dynamics of the group process promoting the democratic exchange of ideas, building deeper understanding of those ideas and the building of coherent long term strategic plansIndividually these two strategies are incredibly powerful having stood the tests of time and professional scrutiny. When put together these two strategies work hand in hand with one another forming a synchronicity that is unparalleled. Even though individuals and groups may have similar needs the both need different approaches to solving their problems.Choice Theory/Reality Therapyaddresses the individual whileGuided Dialogueaddresses group issues.
Now for a final word about "Strategists". In the bio about the WLS founder no one else is listed! At the moment there is only one (1) Strategist. However, in the words of Dr. Glasser,"relationships are everything."BothChoice TheoryandGuided Dialogueare supported by networks of hundreds of practitioners who can be tapped to help solve problems. Over many years of practicing in public and private venues I have developed professional relationships with many people. If I do not know an answer I will admit it and find someone who does know the answer.
